Shopping is complex today. The proliferation of brands, SKUs, and retail formats requires consumers to consider more options than ever before.

Our 2016 and 2017 consumer studies have shown that:

  • Most consumers do online research to find out where they can buy their chosen brands at a retailer near them.
  • If your brand is not where consumers are looking they will switch brands
  • Buying via ecommerce is not preferred for many catgories.
  • While consumers need help finding local purchase options, they are adept at identifying online retailers.
