Social media outreach for consumer relations is on the rise and likely to grow exponentially in the coming years. This recent UK-based benchmark survey revealed that 96% of sampled companies are active on social media.  We also discovered about trends in outsourcing, monitoring, how complaints are handled online vs. offline and various consumer relations KPIs. The gathered data points toward trends that couldn't be more timely for FMCG companies or any organisations.
